Meet Our Staff
Rob Green:
MBA, Finance - Butler University
BS, Business Administration & Management - Butler University
Industry Certifications: Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE)
Prior to founding Crossroads Business Solutions, Rob spent eight years as an IT consultant where he worked for clients ranging from small businesses to large corporate enterprises. Among his many accomplishments, he served as the Microsoft practice manager for a team that won the Microsoft partner of the year award - given to the leading MS practice in the state of Indiana.
In addition to his technology expertise and leadership skills, Robs professional career reflects more than 15 years of business experience. He has served as CFO of a hospital; held general finance, accounting and executive management roles; done extensive strategic business planning; managed technical operations; and has held and a number of roles in sales and marketing. Currently, Rob is responsible for all business operations, from defining client requirements through project delivery.
Scott Cunningham:
BA - Xavier University
Prior to founding Crossroads Business Solutions, Scott spent eight years with the META Group, a leading IT advisory and consulting firm for global corporations.
Scotts extensive business experience includes business process analysis and redesign, IT vendor selection and management, project
management, budgeting/ forecasting, and business analysis and research with a focus on information technology and defining its true costs and value to
the business.
In his current role, Scott is responsible for all sales, marketing, and business development activities for Crossroads Business Solutions. He is a frequent guest on Let’s Talk Business, a radio program for entrepreneurs that airs Sundays at Noon on Newstalk 1430-AM in Indianapolis.
David Massey:

Dave has worked with information technology for more than 20 years. His diverse experience spans both academics and the corporate environment and includes such high-profile positions as Associate General Counsel at CompuServe, Vice President in Technology and Operations at Bank of America, and Technical Evangelist at Microsoft, where Dave was selected from over 2000 MCSE trainers to deliver Microsofts internal training on Windows 2000 worldwide.
Dave has extensive experience in management and strategic planning in technology. He has advised some of the largest corporations in the world, having significant impact on budgetary, competitive, technological, and personnel dimensions.
Dave also brings experience in new business development and customer care, vendor management, project management, Six Sigma analysis and process improvement, and extensive experience with emerging technologies and their use in entertainment and media.
Jack Hineman:
BBA, Computer Information Systems - Purdue University
Industry Certifications: Microsoft SBS Specialist
Jack is a Microsoft Certified Small Business Specialist and Purdue graduate who interned at Red Gold. At Crossroads Business Solutions, he successfully managed and implemented a workflow automation project where he reduced the recording and creation of quality assurance documentation from eight hours per day to minutes. The fully automated process resulted in the reassignment of a full time staff to another work assignment.
Currently, Jack is responsible for Crossroads' preventative maintenance program and documentation, in addition to day-to-day technical engineering.
Rex Blackwell:

Rex has over 20 years of experience within the realm of information systems and services. Rex has hands-on project management and implementation experience for hardware and operating systems support, application software, networking & security disciplines.
Rex is also a member of InfraGard. the F.B.I.-based Nationwide Network Infrastructure Security Group. He has created testing procedures for disaster recovery and HIPAA security policies for a major local health care facility.
Greg Paton:
MBA, Finance - University Of Alberta
BS (Honors), Computing Science - University of Alberta, Canada

Greg's professional career spans 25 years in information technology and business. He has worked for a Fortune 500 company, school boards, hospitals, legal offices, and regional government. Over the years, Greg has architected many technical solutions to solve business problems and drive business efficiencies. Most recently, he has designed and supported a Citrix server farm consisting of 70 servers, used by 3,500 people in several countries for a regional telecommunications company.
Greg's Microsoft expertise includes all operating systems, Terminal Server configurations, Exchange, SQL Server, Active Directory configurations and more. He also holds a CCEA (the highest Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator certification) from Citrix, and has worked in the past, and obtained certifications, on a variety of other applications and operating systems. He has also successfully completed all the course work for a PhD in Business Finance.
In his current role at Crossroads, his primary responsibility is for systems management and monitoring, as well as multi-tier helpdesk support. He has also developed several systems monitoring process to increase the reliability of the clients' systems, while making efficient use of the resources at Crossroads Business Solutions. Currently, he is in the process of expanding the reach of Crossroads Business Solutions by heading up a branch office in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Philip Stone:
Associates of Applied Science, Computer Networking Systems - ITT Technical Institute

Industry Certifications: Microsoft Certified Professional
Philip is a Microsoft Certified Professional and ITT Technical Institute graduate who also participated in the MCSE program for Microsoft Windows 2000 Server at Vincennes University.
At Crossroads Business Solutions, he applies his technical training and expertise to a wide variety of client projects, including desktop support, system maintenance and end-user training and support. His strengths include his ability to help end-users understand the features, functionality and best practices of Microsoft business applications.
Sherry Herrick:
BA, Psychology with Business Minor - Indiana University
Sherry is an experienced professional who plays a critical role in Crossroads’ day-to-day operations. As a key player in several small businesses and as an independent consultant in a successful franchise operation, Sherry developed broad analytical, business and tactical skills that help Crossroads operate more efficiently and provide clients with excellent customer service. Sherry supports Crossroads’ clients and its engineering and executive management teams in the areas of customer service, process and policy development, documentation, time management, accounting, marketing and events.
