
Brian's role at Crossroads Business Solutions' is to schedule and conduct our monthly client reviews. During these reviews Brian will complete a thorough review of all critical infrastructure including testing backups, reviewing server logs and alters as well as a brief quarterly review of users PCs. Brian will conclude this visit by presenting his findings and recommendations to the client Single Point of Contact to confirm a desire to have any issues or concerns resolved in a timely manner.
With the consent of the "SPOC", Brian will open a ticket for one of our more senior engineers and will then shadow them to learn how to expertly research, plan, and execute issue remediation in the most effective and efficient manner. Engineers, like Brian, start their IT career in this "review and learn" role which allows them to see, touch, and experience a wide array of technology configurations and issues.
