Meet the Team: Scott Cunningham, Co-Founder & Vice President

Prior to founding Crossroads Business Solutions, Scott spent seven years with the META Group (now Gartner), a leading I.T. advisory and consulting firm. At META Group he participated in the design and development of a Siebel CRM installation for over 500 employees, co-wrote several research papers including "Total cost of ownership of Microsoft vs. Linux infrastructure", "Voice over IP - adoption rates and business benefits", built for clients' several processes for I.T. vendor selection, how to manage outsource relationships, designed Value Calculators to evaluate the ROI of IT investment, and budgeting and forecasting trends.
Since co-founding Crossroads Business Solutions, Scott has been a featured speaker and guest on the top-rated Indianapolis-based business radio show "Let's Talk Business", a program designed to educate business owners and entrepreneurs on critical business issues.
Scott is actively involved with Entrepreneurs' Organization, an international organization for entrepreneurs that is focused on peer-to-peer sharing and learning, business growth and unique access to experts. He also sponsors a number of education based organizations in his hometown of Indianapolis including; www.theoaksacademy.org, www.starfishinitiative.org
