Meet the Team: Rob Green, Co-Founder & CEO/President, Client CIO Resource

At Crossroads Business Solutions, Rob is responsible for all business operations, from defining client requirements through project delivery. In addition to his technology expertise and leadership skills, Rob's professional career reflects more than 15 years of business experience. He has served as CFO of a hospital; held general finance, accounting and executive management roles; done extensive strategic business planning; managed technical operations; and has held and a number of roles in sales and marketing.
Prior to founding Crossroads, Rob spent eight years as an I.T. consultant where he worked for clients ranging from small businesses to large corporate enterprises. Among his many accomplishments, he served as the Microsoft practice manager for a team that won the Microsoft partner of the year award—an honor given to the leading Microsoft practice in the state of Indiana.
