As a key player in several small businesses and as an independent consultant in a successful franchise operation, Sherry developed broad analytical, business, and tactical skills that help Crossroads operate more efficiently and provide clients with excellent customer service. Sherry supports Crossroads' clients and its engineering and executive management teams in the areas of customer service, process and policy development, documentation, time management, accounting, marketing and events.
