Sherry is an experienced professional who plays a critical role in Crossroads Business Solutions' day-to-day operations. Prior to joining Crossroads, she served as a key player in several small businesses and as an independent consultant in a successful franchise operation, Sherry developed broad analytical, business, and tactical skills that help Crossroads operate more efficiently and provide clients with excellent customer service. Sherry supports Crossroads' clients and its engineering and management teams in the areas of customer service, process and policy development, documentation, time management, bookkeeping, marketing and company events.
