Meet the Team: Jack Hineman, Senior Consultant

Jack leads Crossroads Business Solutions' engineering team, operations, and client projects. He manages each implementation from design through successful delivery. Jack also designs and maintains the company's preventative maintenance program and documentation programs, in addition to day-to-day technical engineering process improvement and standardization.
Specific projects that Jack has managed include the implementation of a workflow automation project that reduced the recording and creation of quality assurance documentation from eight hours to several minutes per day. The fully automated process resulted allowed Crossroads to utilize staff more efficiently.
