
Brian is primarily an engineer for CrossTech Networks, Crossroads' sister company, applying his technical training and expertise to a wide variety of client projects. His experience includes desktop support, system design and build, and end-user support. He is also responsible for client management, sales, and service delivery for CrossTech. Previously, Brian served in internal I.T. capacities for several companies with roles and responsibilities that included help desk support technician, systems engineer and network upgrade and ERP installation.
Brian also provides preventative maintenance for Crossroads Business Solutions' clients.
