University’s Students in Free Enterprise
Collaboration Helps Drive
Crossroads’ 2005 Growth, Positions the Company for Continued
Expansion & Provides Valuable Experience to Anderson Business Majors
Indianapolis, IN (January 2006) – Crossroads
Business Solutions, LLC, a provider of affordable,
scalable IT solutions to Indiana businesses, recently
announced its partnership with Anderson University’s
Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE). SIFE delivers market
research, customer loyalty analysis and strategic
marketing planning services that help Crossroads assess
customer satisfaction, identify new market opportunities,
and develop go-to-market strategies. SIFE’s services
contributed to Crossroads’ expansion in 2005 and will
help drive the company’s strategy for continued growth,
with the goal of doubling revenues in 2006.
The SIFE program benefits both Anderson University
business majors and entrepreneurial ventures throughout the
state of Indiana. As a fast-growing technology startup,
Crossroads gains strategic marketing services that
supplement its existing resources and directly impact its
growth. SIFE students gain the opportunity to apply business
and marketing theory to practical business challenges. And,
they gain crucial hands-on experience that will position
them as more valuable job candidates in an increasingly
competitive job market.
In the Fall of 2005, SIFE delivered a variety of
strategic marketing services to Crossroads. The group:
- Developed a quantitative customer satisfaction
survey and interviewed Crossroads’ entire client
base
- Analyzed the resulting data to assess
satisfaction, loyalty and the value that Crossroads
brings to its clients’ businesses
- Developed metrics and benchmarks for ongoing
analysis
In 2006, the group will:
- Provide market research to identify information
technology services that small- and mid-sized area
firms perceive as critical to business success
- Help Crossroads identify new service offerings
and target market segments
- Develop and implement marketing processes and
support mechanisms
- Participate in the development of Crossroads’
2006 marketing plan

Enterprise)
The purpose of Anderson University SIFE is to assist
in the economic redevelopment of Indiana communities
through the SIFE Consulting, SIFE Education and SIFE
International programs. More specifically, SIFE
